Reiki Session
Reiki is a Japanese technique of energy transference that aids in the reduction of stress & anxiety.Traditionally, Reiki is administered in person, with the laying of the hands on specific areas of the recipient’s body. Since the rise of COVID, it has entered the online space.I offer in person sessions on Sundays at Sustainable Wellness ($80), as well as via Google Meet ($70) during the week, allowing you to be in the comfort of your own space during our time together.

About Caren
Caren is a Reiki practitioner, Tarot reader, letterpress enthusiast, and educator. Drawing on her own healing journey and neurodivergence she holds space for people offering support that is compassionate and grounding in both her Tarot and Reiki practices.Her Tarot practice blends Jungian psychology, intuition, and personal integration guiding people beyond fear-based interpretations into deeper self-awareness. As a Reiki Master Practitioner, Caren provides a gentle container for restoration and renewal helping people release energy blockages that are being stored in the body.At the heart of all her work is a belief in community, curiosity, and the power of healing to open new possibilities.She holds a MEd in ESL as well as an advanced certificate in Special Education, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder.Caren uses she/they pronouns.
